John Fisher baritone

John has a great passion for Gilbert and Sullivan with highly stylised voice and great talent as a comic actor. John sets alight the audience with a strong baritone voice which elides beautifully with Gilbert's comic prose.

Over the years John has applied this knowledge to his performances in such roles as The Mikado, The Pirate King, Samuel, Arac and John Wellington Wells. John has also performed with Grimsdyke Opera and in 2006 John was invited to perform the role of Old Adam at the Buxton Gilbert and Sullivan Festival. John played the lead role 'Mr Jericho' at the festival in August 2008.
